From Merang Jetty to Summer Bay Resort - 11:30am (10:30am Standby)

From Summer Bay Resort to Merang Jetty - 10.00am ( 9:30am standby)

• Other boat time may charter our speed boat RM 650 ( 12-seater) RM 900 ( 24-seater)
• Room check in time 2:30pm ; room check out time 9:30 am
• Boat transfer is subject to weather condition of which the management is not liable for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services.

Terms & Conditions

• Full security deposit is required upon confirmation and it will be converted to Cancellation Charges should there be any cancellation. Full security deposit is required prior to arrival.
• The management excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and shall not be held liable for loss or damage of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury or death resulting from activities which are beyond the management control.
• The management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
• NO refund or deduction of rates on any services provided in the package which is not utilized.
• Reservation is subject to room availability and confirmation will be on first come first serve basic.
• All Payments are non refundable in part or in full.
• Please do not bring oversize luggage (weight limit: 20kg per person- maximum 2 luggage)
• Excess baggage charges, 15kg overweight per person: Over 1-5kg : RM10 ; Over 6-10kg: RM20 ; Over 10kg: RM50.

• For Non Malaysian they are required to pay RM 10 per room per night.
• Travel insurance not included required own arrangement.
• Travelog Malaysia & Summer Bay Lang Island Resort will not held any responsible for injury, death, damage, loss, delay, cost, expense, or inconvenience arising from travel misfortunes beyond our control. Therefore, self-paying travel insurance is highly recommended
• Extra is not allowed in any type of room.

Guest Policy

• Infant below 12 months old free of charge (no bed)
• Toddler 12 months to 48 months RM 200 per pax / Toddler for boat ticket (no bed)
• Guests aged 12 and above are considered Adults; between 4 to 11 are entitled to purchase Child rate
