About Us

Situated along the shores, Laguna Redang Island Resort offers comfortable accommodation with free WiFi access in the public areas. Operating a 24-hour front desk, it features a restaurant and a large outdoor pool. Fitted with wooden flooring, air-conditioned rooms include a wardrobe, personal safe, a TV, fridge and seating area. The en suite bathroom comes equipped with a shower facility, towels and free toiletries.

At Laguna Redang Island Resort, guests can indulge in a pampering massage or enjoy activities such as hiking, diving and snorkeling. A luggage storage facility and airport shuttle services are also available. The in-house restaurant serves a delectable spread of local and Continental dishes. After-meal drinks can be enjoyed at the bar, while barbecue facilities are provided.

• Premier Seaview Rooms comes with a long balcony overlooking the white sandy beach and deep blue sea. Room size is 400 sq ft (approximately).

LAGUNA SUITE

• a King-sized bed and bathtub, a living room with sofa set and a luxury long balcony, perfect for catching the charming sunrise. Room size is 680 sq ft (approximately).

1)RM 40 per adult and RM 20 per child for Airport Transfer from KT Airport/KT Bus Station to Jetty (2-way)

2)RM 30 per adult/child for snorkeling equipment (life jacket & mask) – excluding power mask

3)Conservation fund to Marine Park for Malaysian RM5 per adult and RM2 per child and other nationalities RM30 per adult and RM15 per child

4)Single supplement for Standard Room is charged at RM 90 per night from the TWIN sharing rate, and for the higher room categories it will be RM125 per night from the TWIN sharing rate.

Guest & Extra Bed Policy

• Children 3 years and below are free of charge if using existing bedding.
• Children 4 to 11 years must use an extra bed and are entitled to purchase child fare. (Maximum up to 2 beds only)
• Guests above 12 years old are considered adults.

• Laguna Redang Island Resort is not responsible for any difficulties which might arise should your guest is caught for any action against Government rules and laws.
• Guest is responsible to bear any additional cost besides those stated in the package and no credit facilities will be given.
• All tour members taking part in any activities organized by the Resort shall do so at their own risk. The Resort shall not be responsible for any losses or injury sustained by anyone. All tour members are advised to insure themselves against injuries and loss of personal belongings.
• Laguna Redang Island Resort reserves the right to inform any last minute closed out date by giving prior notice
• Check In Time: 02:00pm, Check Out Time: 11:00am
• Laguna Redang Island Resort reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the boat departure due to sea and weather condition.
• Laguna Redang Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd is not responsible to bear any additional cost occurred due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather.
• Any booking made through Travel Agent must not duplicate with Laguna Redang Island Resort’s Corporate/ FIT guest reservation.
• In the event of no-show for whatever reasons,  Laguna Redang Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd is entitled to the full payment of the duration of the package.
• Full payment will be converted to cancellation charges should there be any cancellation.
